A successful candidate will:
--be responsible for complying with all Pennsylvania Childcare Center regulations and STARS standards.
--be enrolled or be willing to enroll in a CDA college credit program or an early childhood education degree program.
--be responsible for the supervision, care, and instruction of preschool-aged children.
--prepare and execute lesson plans aligned with Pennsylvania Early Childhood Learning Standards.
--assess and evaluate children regularly.
--arrange and maintain his or her classroom according to STARS standards, utilizing centers.
--follow health and safety standards.
--agree to continued education credits and trainings as required, constantly striving to learn and grow and be teachable.
Salary will be based on education and experience.
