Benefits Coordinator

Salisbury Management is seeking a qualified Benefits Coordinator to implement, administer, and maintain benefits programs and ensure programs meet employee needs and comply with legal requirements.
This position focuses in health and welfare benefit plans, retirement, wellness management programs.
Coordinate with employee education related to the various benefit offerings including Medical, Dental, Spending accounts, 401k, Voluntary benefits etc.
Monitor, reconcile and allocate benefits related enrollment and billing.
Monitor all benefit related information in Company's HCM platform.
Coordinate monthly enrollment and employee communications.
Coordinate annual wellness events.
Collaborate and develop relationships with external resources including H&W Brokers, Insurers, and HCM Account Support Teams to ensure efficient processes.
Provide feedback to support the renewal process and implementation of new benefit programs and plans.
Monitor COBRA files and work closely with COBRA vendor.

Experience in Human Resources, with a focus in Benefits AdministrationPreferredBe familiar with PPACA, COBRA, HIPAA and other regulatory requirements impacting benefit administration.
Experience with Ultimate Kronos (ULG) systems is preferred but not required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
